[PRODUCT NOTICE] SOME SERIOUS ERRORS TO BE AWARE OF WHEN USING THE HOUSEHOLD ELEVATOR

1️⃣Control panel is black, with no display – Control panel signal failure 

🔻Cause: Other objects, such as insects flying into the engine room, pits biting off the signal wire, or a lack of thorough cleaning of the control panel, are most likely to blame for this case.

✔️How to handle: Stop the elevator and contact the elevator technical team for immediate assistance.

2️⃣ Failure of Automatic Rescue 

🔻Cause: the rescue system has been inactive for a long time, it is possible that the backup power source has not been discharged, resulting in a shortened life and shutdown.

✔️How to handle: Contact technical staff for assistance. Also, keep in mind the elevator maintenance schedule.

3️⃣The elevator is electrified

🔻Cause: As a result the power source leaks from the effects of thunder, rainstorms, and so on, causing electrical equipment and the cabin to become damp.

✔️How to handle: Do not use the elevator to avoid electric shock. You should immediately stop the elevator to investigate the cause and devise a solution. Alternatively, contact the elevator maintenance staff right away for prompt repair. 

4️⃣The pit is flooded 

🔻Cause: It could be due to poor waterproofing or heavy rain causing water to overflow from the door.

✔️How to handle: Please turn off the power immediately and allow the pit to dry. At the same time, keep in mind that when building and installing elevators, it is best to use products with waterproof design standards for pit pits and to arrange a roof to keep water out of the well and the engine room. 

5️⃣While running, the elevator makes a loud, strange noise or vibrates.
