[PRODUCT NOTICE] SOME ERROR IS NOT SO SERIOUS IN HOUSEHOLD ELEVATOR

❗The elevator light malfunctioned, cabin light was out.

✅This error occurs frequently because the lights must run continuously to ensure adequate brightness in the cabin. This is a common mistake, so don’t be too concerned. Keep calm and contact the elevator service to have it replaced.

❗Elevator door closing error makes a sound

✅If you encounter an error in which the elevator door opens and closes with a “squeaky” sound, don’t be concerned because this error has no effect on the elevator’s safety. Next, inspect the door rails to ensure they are not entangled with garbage or other objects. Then, open and close the door a few times more; if the elevator door still squeaks, contact elevator service.

❗The floor call button’s button error is not sensitive.

✅Dirt clinging to the button contact or damage can cause the floor call button to be insensitive. This is also quite simple, simply report it to the elevator service so that it can be cleaned and the button plug re-plugged or checked for damage and replaced.

❗When the elevator makes a strange noise (elevator rattles or has strange noises)

✅This error can be caused by a variety of factors, but most commonly, the elevator is not maintained on a regular basis, resulting in the rail oil box being out of. Simply contact the elevator service to schedule maintenance and inspection.

❗ Incorrect floor stop ladder

✅Magnetic interference frequently causes the elevator to stop incorrectly. If this is the case with your home elevator, please report it to the maintenance department for inspection and repair.

❗ Ladder not working after a power failure, no rescue when power failure

✅An elevator phase reversal error or a failure elevator battery can be the cause of this phenomenon. Contact the elevator service to have it handled.
